Here are a few things we can do to help:
- Start by asking questions - This will help the person having the experience to express themselves, feel validated and convey what's important to them. This is really helpful because one might feel as if there really isn't a way to segue spirituality into the ordinary, everyday conversation, causing a feeling of isolation.
- Skip the drama - Remember they are practicing non-judgement, and can't really invest in the situation, other than being a good listener.
- Use your inside voice - Ascension may cause some people to be sensitive to sound, light and other energies. So keep in mind, that those who have practiced meditation have quieted the mind and don't need any outer stimuli to numb or drown the chatter out. So maybe don't blast the tv volume while they are in the room lol!
- And finally, just being there for them and keeping an open mind, can make a world of difference and show them that you care :)
